Group, our client services area is dedicated to making sure you
are happy through effective reporting and communication. We try
to answer questions and we work very hard to keep your business.

Making
Sure We Keep In Touch! – There’s nothing worse than
a company that forgets about you once they have your business.
That’s why we spend much of our time and resources making sure
our clients stay happy. When changes occur in the economy or with
your investments we will let you know! Twice a year we will send
you a statement outlining where you stand and what changes might
be necessary. Finally, we enjoy send out interesting articles
and information pertinent to your investments.

Are Here when you need Us – Because we believe in keeping
in touch, we want to make sure there is someone here if you need
us. We have a team of qualified professionals who are ready to
take care of your questions, concerns or comments. We are committed
to returning phone calls and handling problems efficiently and

1.
MoneyWise Newsletter Four times a year we send our
clients new information on investment updates, retirement news,
and creative ideas. We write the newsletter ourselves so that
the information is not tailored to the masses. Rather, we try
to include issues that are important to our clients. Please ask
for a copy if you have not yet received a MoneyWise newsletter.
2.
Semi-Annual Reporting (Investment Companies). Each
individual company that we place investments with will send out
statements at the end of June and December. Often these statements
will be accompanied information and updates about the company
and your investments.
3.
Semi-Annual Statements (Kofin Financial Group). Since
the mutual fund companies do a good job in June and December,
we comprise consolidated statements and will send them out a minimum
of twice a year at the end of March and September. At this time,
we will review your portfolio and make any comments and recommended
changes. We will also send these statements out when you have
a GIC maturity or when you ask.
4.
Investment Confirmations. Every time there is a purchase,
redemption, or exchange within your investment portfolio you will
be sent a confirmation statement. This ensures that you are up-to
date on any financial changes and helps you to keep track of your
investments.
5.
Money Whys Seminar. Six times a year we hold 3 hour
educational seminars on RRSP maturity options, investment ideas,
and issues pertaining to your estate. These seminars are FREE
so many of our clients come back time and time again for a refresher.
This format is a great way for our clients to introduce their
friends and family to the services of Kofin Financial Group in
a comfortable environment.
6.
Mutual Fund Forum. Every year, we bring in a panel
of experts in the mutual fund industry to make comments and predictions
as well as answer questions from our clients. We have a lot of
fun and learn new ideas and information every year.
7.
Personal Client Reviews. At least once a year, you
will be sent a reminder to go through a "portfolio check-up".
This is an opportune time to revisit our strategies, plans and
goals and ensure that we are on track. If not, we will be happy
to recommend changes.
